Early Learning Foundations (ELF) has been serving Chicago and its suburbs for over 20 years.  Preschool is an important stage in a child’s development. We believe a combination of early learning and socializing your child will help expand their horizons early in life. Our preschool offers a rich and diverse multicultural environment that will help your child grow. The teachers at Early Learning Foundations are heavily experienced in childcare, education, and are state certified. Of equal importance is the warmth and care they provide to the students and their parents. Your child’s care and education is our number one focus.

Early Learning Foundations director, Manira Weathers, has a psychology background and is well qualified in helping with your children’s success, managing a great staff, and answering the concerns of all parents.
